Types of Mediation Practiced

 Resolution of controversy prior to or instead of going to court. This saves the parties the time and expense involved in litigation.  

 Mediation of any case which is currently pending in the Circuit Civil division of Florida Court System.  

 Upon consent of all parties, the tenets of the litigants'/parties'  religious order may be utilized as the primary or secondary basis of the mediation process.
